Saturday, July 4th, 2009Well that was I think the longest I have gone with out and update. Anyways lots of new things happened since the last post, for one I moved back to Los Angeles. And just in time since the heat is back and I keep hearing how its been a 100+ over the last week or so. Thank god I am back in Cali. With that I am back at InMotion Hosting, its nice to be back in a Linux world and not dealing with Windows machines/servers at Agilysys anymore.
Katie and I have parted ways, shes going to stick it out in Vegas. She has a good career there and with the economy … well don’t want to throw that away
Still looking for a place to live, right now I am staying at my buddy Jakes place … Sleeping on the couch heh, feels like I am in my early twenties again crashing at friends places.
I am planning on updating the site since I am mainly on Twitter these days and don’t really need a blog to be the focus of my site anymore. I have a few sketches of the new layout, just need to get around to making it.
Anyways its 4th of July and I have been at work since 5am(Came in early so I could get out and enjoy the BBQ’s and Beach parties). Stay tuned for some further updates…
Not Smoking : Day 1
Thursday, April 2nd, 2009So today wraps up my first day with out smokeing. Over all it was not that bad, the worst part was my bordom… I found myself looking for things to do instead of smoking, not limited to but including working through my break at work. Ohh well I am sure it will get easiser as the days go on.
April Fools joke on the Boss.
Wednesday, April 1st, 2009So after getting to work today I spoke with my supervisor and told him that I wanted to get our boss today since it was April fools day. I came up with the idea that I would tell her that I was quiting due to how I felt I was being treated here by other employees as well as feeling uncertain on my job security due to the recent lay offs because of the economy.
My boss then explained to me that a lot of things are taken into account on layoffs and that I have great work performance so it should not have to worry about that. I then responded thats good to know especially since its April fools day.
She then tried to reach over her desk to slap and strangle me… mission completed.
Fish at my desk
Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008So I bought some gold fish in efforts to decorate my desk at work. I have come to notice that I think one of them has been having what I can only describe as a seizure. He sits there for a moment then turns upside down starts to float then comes back to life and shakes around and swims in repeated circles… He is truly odd or had a disorder.
